If you can’t make it to a local YMCA for the Harlem Globetrotters’ summer S.P.I.N.™ event at 1:00 p.m. ET on Monday, June 30, no problem. You can still participate right outside your house, in the park, or anywhere you can dribble a basketball at that time.

Here are some dribbling ideas:

30 seconds with the right hand
30 seconds with the left hand
30 seconds of alternating hands
Dribble 10 steps forward, stop, jump
Dribble 10 steps back, stop, jump
Repeat

Or…come up with your own fun dribbling routine.
